good morning

t's sunday, the eighth of september, 2024 between four thirty in the morning and five.  my roommate lupe martinez,is awake.  his aide has been here and cleaned and dressed him  she is from nigeria.  this home is largely black..  i am ok.  slept just a little.  expect to have a good day.   breakfast will be at 7.   gershwin on the radio.  a good movie, maybe CABARET, on the tv.  no church today. next week.  but ms. simmons will play gospel piano. i may read some scripture out loud. maybe mark 1.  bettye should be up by then.  dear bettye...my main squeeze, almost 100.  still very beautiful. and wanda, her roommate.  i am giving wanda one of my notebooks today.  we are also close.  good morning.  rhapsody in blue.  gerry

wanda is in her 70's, african-american.  a retired nurse.  has a good family.  my best friend.

i am almost 80.  and yes, the movie is CABERET...outstanding, with richard gere, a friend of the dalai lama.  my friend doug o. pedersen, served lunch in santa fe to the karmapa, an associate of his holiness, and important lama himself

i once served dinner to margaret mead, the famous anthropologist, at baker college of rice university in houston, texas.

my mistake, the movie was CHICAGO, with catherine zeta-jones.  it is 6am.
